3.       Providing your personal data to others

3.1     I may disclose your personal data to my insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

3.2     Your personal data held in my website database will be stored on the servers of my hosting services providers.

3.3     In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 3, I may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which I are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. I may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

 

4.       International transfers of your personal data

4.1     In this Section 4, I provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

4.2     The hosting facilities for my website are situated in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. 5.       Retaining and deleting personal data

5.1     This Section 5 sets out my data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that I comply with my legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

5.2     Personal data that I process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

5.3     I may retain your Personal Information (as well as your Users-of-Users’ Information) for as long as your User Account (membership) is active, as indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise needed to provide you with my Services.

5.4     I may continue to retain such Personal Information even after you deactivate your membership and/or cease to use any particular services, as reasonably necessary to comply with my legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding my Users, or their Users-of-Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce my agreements and/or protect my legitimate interests.

5.4.    I maintain a data retention policy which I apply to information in my care. Where your Personal Information is no longer required I will ensure it is securely deleted.

5.5     Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, I may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which I are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

 

6.       Your rights

6.1     In this Section 6, I have listed the rights that you have under data protection law.

7.       About cookies
